The difference

Customers can tell a template from a person.

Every reply we write answers that specific review and sounds like you. No copy-paste lines, ever.

Illustrative example
“Marcus replaced our water heater the same day, in the middle of a cold snap. Explained everything and cleaned up after himself. Can't recommend Oak Street enough.”
Priya S., Google review

Templated

“Thank you for your 5-star review! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.”

Written in your voice

“Thanks, Priya. That cold snap had us running nonstop, so Marcus will be glad to hear the hustle paid off. Enjoy the hot showers, and if the new heater gives you any trouble, call the shop and ask for me. — Mike, owner”

Access in seconds. Removed in seconds.

We work through Google's own Manager access. No passwords change hands, and you can remove us any time from the same screen.

  1. 1On your Business Profile, open ⋮ → Business Profile settings.
  2. 2Go to People and access, then tap Add.

No customer list? No problem. It powers the reactivation campaign and review requests, but we still go through every review on your profile by hand.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you post as me?

Yes. Replies go out from your Google Business Profile under your business name, written in your voice. Before we start, we study how you talk to customers and agree on tone, sign-off and anything off-limits.

What about angry or unfair reviews?

Those get the most care. We reply calmly and specifically, and we never argue in public.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask for reviews and reply to them. What it bans is paying or rewarding customers for reviews, only asking happy customers, and fake reviews. We don't do any of those. Every customer gets the same request.

How fast do you reply?

The same business day. New reviews get a reply the business day they come in, so no customer is left waiting.

What do I need to give you?

Manager access to your Google Business Profile. It takes seconds to add, and you can remove it just as fast, any time. A customer list is optional: it powers the reactivation campaign and review requests, but without it we still work through every review by hand.

What's in the free audit?

We count every review on your profile that never got a reply, and write three sample replies to your real reviews in your voice, so you can see the difference before you pay anything. It arrives within 24 hours.
